interferENZY
A web-based tool for enzymatic assay validation and standardized kinetic analysis.
Instructions
- Download the spreadsheet dataset template.
- Fill in as indicated (see the included notations for reference).
- Save as Tab-delimited Text (*.txt). See a ready-to-use pre-filled example here.
- Upload the resulting *.txt file to the form below and press submit.

Dataset Requirements
- The order by which S0 values are provided must match the order of the time-product/substrate progress curves in the data file;
- Dataset must comprise reaction progress curves for fixed enzyme concentration E0 and varying substrate concentration S0 (minimum of 5 different values of S0);
- Reaction progress curves and provided values of initial substrate concentration must be calibrated to units of molar concentration;
- Product generation and substrate decay progress curves can be used;
- Continuous or stopped assays can be used (minimum of two reaction points);
- Reaction progress curves with different number of points can be included in the same dataset.
